By accessing www.eliyo.net or created an account you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and acknowledge that if you fail to follow and abide by the Terms of Service your account may be terminated. You are also agreeing to be bound by the rules as listed on the rules page. In the event of termination you will not be entitled to a refund of any monetary amount spent. Do not access this site if you do not agree to our terms of service.

The Terms of Service may be altered at any time without notice. All users are required to follow the Terms of Service and all included terms and conditions at all times. You must be at least 13 years old to create or own an account on eliyo.net and Eliyo is not designed or intended for children under this age. A parent or guardian can create an account and allow the child to access the game through their account, but the account belongs to the parent or guardian and the parent or guardian will be solely responsible for monitoring the account. Anyone found under this age to have created an account will be banned with their private information deleted.

Eliyo.net is an online game based on the fictional world of Eliyo. All game currency, items, creatures, characters, and other articles present in the the game do not represent real items or people and are only for use within the game. All in game characters and locations are made up and any similarity to real people or locations are coincidental. Game currency, items, or anything within the game including the account itself are not sell able for USD or other real world currency.

Eliyo.net users acknowledge that Eliyo is a service provided as-is. Eliyo.net is under no obligation to continue or alter its services or to provide compensation to players for downtime or lost in-game accounts, items, or currency. In the unlikely event that Eliyo.net should cause harm to a user, a user's property, or anything else, Eliyo.net and its staff cannot and will not be held responsible. Users create and access Eliyo.net accounts and services at their own risk.

Eliyo.net is not under any obligation to provide refunds to any user for any reason. Users may have Eliyo.net account privileges and features revoked as the result of any behavior deemed unacceptable by Eliyo.net staff, including but not limited to plagiarism, exploitation of errors or bugs, unapproved use of programs for advancement within the game, and inappropriate use of words, images, or other content. Eliyo.net reserves the right to restrict or deny any account or account feature for any user for any reason.

Users accept full responsibility for and liability of any and all content they choose to display on Eliyo.net. Eliyo.net is not responsible for any plagiarized or inappropriate content displayed by a user; the individual user displaying the material alone will be held responsible. Eliyo.net will take legal action against those users who choose to post inappropriate or illegal content.

Users who attempt to advance themselves or their in-game animals/items through the use of any unapproved program will have their account(s) banned and will no longer have the privilege to create or access any Eliyo.net account. Eliyo.net will take legal action against any user who attempts to harm the server or game through the use of such a device.

Every user is obligated to report any errors, bugs, or inappropriate content that he or she comes into contact with. Deliberate exploitation of any such material will result in a suspension or ban on the offending user's account(s). Eliyo.net cannot be held responsible for in-game losses due to bugs or errors, and is not obligated to restore any in-game articles that may be lost or altered as the result of a bug or error. Where possible losses from bugs will be attempted to be restored but this not an obligation and is not always possible depending on the nature of the bug.

All content of Eliyo.net is the property of Brittany and Aaron Moon. Users agree to not plagiarize or claim ownership to any content of Eliyo.net.

Upon becoming a user of Eliyo.net, you agree to allow Eliyo.net staff to collect personal information and IP addresses for its own marketing and tracking purposes. User information will not be sold to third parties unless that third-party purchases ownership of the Eliyo.net game in its entirety.
