Pan fry chicken the way you'd normally make it, but since this will be baked, the chicken could be fried for less time than normal to prevent overcooking. Prepare Chicken Gravy Recipe #1. Once the gravy is a medium thickness, add all the fried chicken pieces to the gravy. Ladle gravy over each piece of chicken, cover and bake at 325°f for about 40 minutes. Keep it covered to bake. Once done, take from oven, leave it covered and undisturbed for about 15 minutes, then serve. This is plenty of time to make sides or bake some biscuits to go with it.
