Rune is a robin that i found as an egg when i was out hiking about 2 years ago. the egg was cracked and i was very worried that he wasn't going to make it. thankfully, it was just part of the shell that broke and not the chalazae at all. after 5 days i think, the egg hatched, and i had a LOT of work to do to keep this little guy alive. he's always been super needy and attention seeking. and boy this guy can eat. he eats almost as much as Truce, and she is a very big raven! he has not been able to learn how to fly, despite my attempts to help him learn, so he will be living with me forever. he is kind of a pain in the butt though. literally, he bit my friend's butt once when i invited her over
